1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Data-Topup, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Data-Topup provides a platform for purchasing internet data bundles for various mobile networks in Ghana. Delivery is usually instant upon payment confirmation.

3. Payments & Pricing

Online payments are processed through Paystack. Registered customers may also use wallet funds. Agent pricing is available after a verified one-time upgrade payment. Prices may change when network or service costs change.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final once the data bundle has been successfully delivered to the provided beneficiary number. If a transaction fails after payment has been deducted, the amount will be automatically reversed by your bank/mobile money provider, or you may contact our support for manual resolution.
